Our June update was primarily focused on improving reliability, expanding integrations, and enhancing the coach experience across event management, readiness tracking, and team administration.

This release includes numerous bug fixes, workflow improvements, and several highly requested features designed to help coaches spend less time managing data and more time supporting athletes.

Event Management Improvements

We've made significant improvements to the event experience across both web and mobile.

Enhanced Pre-Event Planning

Coaches can now access richer readiness insights before events take place. The Pre-Event View has been expanded to include:

  • Average team readiness metrics for attending AND available athletes (highly requested)
  • Average training load metrics for participating athletes
  • Separate columns for Player, Readiness, Training Load, and Availability

These enhancements provide a more complete picture of team status before training sessions and competitions.

Faster Event Creation

Creating events is now more streamlined with the ability to create new locations directly from the Add Event workflow. Coaches no longer need to leave event creation, navigate to locations, and return to complete their setup.

Time Zone Visibility

When selecting an event location, PlayerPulse now displays the associated time zone to help organizations operating across multiple regions avoid scheduling confusion.

Additional Event Information Support

Event details synced from external systems now correctly display within the Additional Info section of the event view, ensuring coaches have access to all relevant event context in one place.

LeagueApps Integration Expansion

We're continuing to strengthen our integration ecosystem.

LeagueApps Calendar Sync

Organizations can now connect LeagueApps calendars directly into PlayerPulse, allowing events to flow automatically between platforms and reducing manual scheduling work.

Improved Integration Setup Experience

We've resolved issues affecting API key entry and setup workflows, creating a more reliable onboarding experience for organizations connecting LeagueApps.

Team Navigation Enhancements

As more large organizations adopt PlayerPulse, we're introducing better ways to manage multiple teams.

Favorite & Pin Teams

Coaches can now favorite or pin frequently used teams to the top of their navigation menu, making it easier to switch between teams in organizations with large numbers of squads.

We've also resolved navigation grouping issues that occasionally caused selected teams to become detached from their parent organization.

Post-Event Experience Updates

We've refined how coaches review athlete feedback after events, with enhanced metrics for our BEYOND PULSE users.

Improved RPE Reporting

The Post Event view now provides more accurate attendance-based RPE reporting, ensuring coaches see responses from athletes who actually attended the session.

We've also restored session duration visibility within the post-event card and improved the overall layout by reducing unnecessary action prompts when feedback has already been collected.

Wearable Summary and Manual Resync

Coaches can now manually trigger a resync for all wearable player data from the event. They can also see the median averages from the event including distance, heart rate, active participation, and workload.

Reliability & Bug Fixes

This month included a substantial number of platform stability improvements.

Fixed Issues

  • Resolved rare event synchronization cases that could display incorrect event durations after importing from external scheduling systems.
  • Fixed recurring event editing validation errors that incorrectly flagged event times as invalid.
  • Corrected expired trial organizations remaining accessible after license expiration.
  • Fixed aggregate team metrics not loading properly on initial web application startup.
  • Improved home screen updates for previous event cards and attendance-based calculations.

  • Addressed multiple UI issues throughout event management workflows.
