PlayerPulse Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the PlayerPulse Referral Program (“Program”) offered by PlayerPulse (“PlayerPulse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, participants (“Referrer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Referral Reward
Eligible participants may receive one (1) USD $100 Amazon gift card (“Reward”) for each qualifying organization referral that satisfies all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Reward:
- The Referrer must submit a referral using the official referral form located at:
PlayerPulse Referral Form - The referral form must be submitted before the referred organization signs up for PlayerPulse.
- The referred organization must:
- Be a new PlayerPulse customer;
- Have more than ten (10) registered players within the organization;
- Purchase and maintain an active PlayerPulse subscription for a minimum initial term of one (1) year; and
- Complete payment in full for the applicable subscription term.
- The referral must be verifiable by PlayerPulse and attributable to the Referrer in our sole discretion.
3. New Customer Requirement
Referrals are only eligible for organizations that are not existing PlayerPulse customers and have not previously engaged in active sales discussions, trials, or negotiations with PlayerPulse prior to the referral submission.
4. Reward Fulfillment
- Rewards will be issued after:
- The referred organization has signed a one-year agreement; and
- Payment has been successfully received by PlayerPulse.
- Amazon gift cards will typically be delivered electronically within thirty (30) days after eligibility is confirmed.
- Rewards are limited to one (1) Reward per qualifying organization.
5. Referral Restrictions
The following referrals are not eligible:
- Self-referrals;
- Fake, fraudulent, or misleading referrals;
- Referrals submitted after the organization has already signed up or entered the sales process;
- Organizations with fewer than eleven (11) players;
- Referrals generated through spam or unauthorized advertising.
PlayerPulse reserves the right to determine referral eligibility in its sole discretion.
6. Taxes
Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other governmental fees associated with receipt of a Reward.
7. Program Changes and Termination
PlayerPulse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect Rewards already earned prior to the effective date of the change.
8. Fraud and Abuse
PlayerPulse may withhold or revoke Rewards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a participant has violated these Terms, attempted to manipulate the Program, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
10. Privacy
Information submitted through the referral form will be handled in accordance with the PlayerPulse privacy practices and may be used to contact referred organizations regarding PlayerPulse services.
