For parents

Know how they're coping, not just how they played.

Young athletes rarely say when training is getting to be too much. PlayerPulse gives them a simple daily check-in, so you can see how they're handling it and help them look after themselves.

  • How they're really doing

Sleep, soreness, mood and energy, asked the same way every day, so a rough patch shows up early instead of at the dinner table.

  • Is training too much?

See how hard the week has been against the weeks before it, and spot when a young body is being asked for more than it can give.

  • A way into the conversation

Instead of 'how was training?', you can ask about the thing you can both see: a sore few days, a short night, a heavy week.

How it works for your family

  1. Step 1: They check in

Your child answers a few quick questions each morning in the player app. It takes under a minute.

  2. Step 2: You see the picture

With observer mode you follow how they're coping with training and load, without reading what they wrote in private.

  3. Step 3: You help them look after themselves

Talk about rest, food, sleep and when to back off. The goal is a young athlete who learns to listen to their own body.

Observer mode is the way you follow along

It's a read-only seat on your child's account. You see the picture, not their private notes. It's still being built, so check the detail page for where it stands.
